3. Event Check-List
As appropriate, we will submit an action plan highlighting matters to be addressed prior to the execution date. This can include the provision of crockery, cutlery, glassware, etc., ordering flower arrangements or beverage packages, arranging live entertainment or staff video presentations and awards
4. On-Site Execution
As appropriate, this can include arranging food delivery & transfer to the venue, setting up the service process (including equipment, refreshments, condiments etc.), ensuring effective clean-up post service completion
5. Post Event Review
Emailing you a satisfaction survey post-event completion
