
Since her first executive appointment as the Food & Beverage Manager at a prestigious sporting and recreational club in the Philippines more than four decades ago, it has been Angie's passion to establish and run her own Catering & Events Management business.
Her dream came true in 2014 when Cruzing Hospitality Management first opened its doors in Sydney. The past twelve years have been a whirlwind of activity as new and existing organization's discover what Cruzing has to offer, whether this be related to corporate events and conferences, through to family-related celebrations, or staff meal services.
Along the journey, Angie has also worked with a number of facility management corporations, as well as hospitality entrepreneurs in the start-up phase of their latest properties. She holds a double degree in Hospitality & Nutrition.

Stephen Moore is a seasoned business professional who has compiled more than 40 years hands-on experience, initially working in large corporations before establishing two international consulting practices focused on Human Resources Management and Small Business Development for new entrants.
Over the past twelve years, Stephen became progressively involved with Cruzing, providing ongoing business guidance and advice, while working collaboratively with Angie in undertaking a range of major new projects.
Stephen has recently accepted a new role with Cruzing, where he is responsible for developing the company's sales and marketing capability and performance.

Our History
Having amassed 20 years hands-on experience leading the Catering and Events Management functions at both Macquarie and Western Sydney Universities, it made sense that when Angie initially launched Cruzing Catering & Event Management, it would focus upon universities and the tertiary sector, thereby providing a solid foundation upon which the business would develop in the following years.
Today, much has changed. Not only has the Australian Catholic University been welcomed into the fold, but the company has progressively diversified to incorporate federal and state government departments and agencies, hospitals, local councils and community-focused not-for-profits, as well as serving a growing number of corporate professional services firms.

From humble beginnings in Western Sydney way back in 2014, we are pleased to report that Cruzing has experienced consistent year-on-year growth ever since.
Metropolitan Sydney & the CBD
We are proud to say that our largest and most established office is located in Parramatta, where we now serve a diverse client base primarily located in the western suburbs of Sydney as well as the CBD.

Metropolitan Melbourne & the CBD
Our Melbourne and satellite Ballarat offices first opened in 2021 to coincide with major contracts Cruzing had been awarded to provide 24 x 7 staff-meal services within large contact centres located in metropolitan and regional areas of Victoria.
More recently, we have established a production facility based in West Heidelberg, where we are focused on the northern and eastern suburbs of Melbourne, as well as the CBD.
