At Cruzing we understand that hosting a special family occasion in your own home involves considerable planning, preparation and cooking to ensure that all guests go home happy and satisfied.

To make things easier, prior to your event we will work closely with you in establishing: -
- A clear event plan & time-table.
- The agreed venue presentation, including the provision of tablecloths, cutlery, glasses, table-settings and flower arrangements.
- Your full menu design and selection, ranging from a sit - down/plated two or three course meal, to a hot buffet-style dinner, to a range of tasty finger foods, platters and the sweetest of deserts or cakes..
- An accompanying beverages package whether it be mocktails and soft-drinks through to wines, spritits & a range of beers. (Minimum quantity orders prevail).
Once finalized, we will submit a detailed quotation for your review and approval to proceed.
On the day of your event we will: -
- Complete all onsite food preparation.
- Set the venue up in accordance to the previously agreed presentation plan.
- Provide trained wait staff to complete meal-service delivery, including beverages.
- Complete a through clean-up, leaving everything as we found it, always with a smile on our faces!
