Welcome to Cruzing Catering & Events Management

Meet Angie Cruz - CEO

Angie has amassed more than four decades catering & events management experience, both domestically and internationally.


Her career in Australia commenced with Macquarie University, and thereafter Western University,  where as the Catering Manager she increased sales by 300% per annum. .


After establishing Cruzing in western Sydney in 2014, Angie has planned and delivered  hundreds of events, ranging from gala dinners attended by Prime Minsters, State Premiers & Governor-Generals through to elaborate banquets/fund-raisers, hosting graduate intakes and celebrations or planning & delivering weddings and children's birthday celebrations
