Past & Present
With 30+ years experience managing the Catering and Events Management Departments at both Macquarie and Western Sydney Universities, it makes sense that when Cruzing Hospitality Management arrived, its primary focus was in the tertiary sector, which has today expanded to include the Australian Catholic University.
Over the years, however, the company has diversified its client base to include federal and state government departments and agencies, as well as hospitals, local councils and community-focused special-interest groups.

From humble beginnings in Western Sydney 12 years ago, we are pleased to report that Cruzing has experienced consistent year-on-year-growth.
Metropolitan Sydney
We are proud to say that our largest office is located in Parramatta, where we now serve a diverse client base primarily located in the western suburbs of Sydney.

Metropolitan & Outer Melbourne
Our Melbourne and satellite Ballarat offices first opened in 2021 to coincide with major contracts Cruzing was awarded to provide 24 x 7 staff-meal services within large call centres located in metropolitan and regional areas of Victoria.
More recently, we have established a base office in the burgeoning outer northern suburb of Mernda, where we are focused on providing a wide range of hospitality services within the local region, through to the Melbourne CBD.

Angie Cruz - Founder & Managing Director
Since her first executive appointment as the Food & Beverage Manager at a prestigious sporting and recreational club in the Philippines more than four decades ago, it has been Angie's passion to establish and run her own Catering & Events Management business.
Her dream came true in 2014 when Cruzing Hospitality Management first opened its doors in Sydney. The past twelve years have been a whirlwind of activity as new and existing organization's discover what Cruzing has to offer, whether this be related to corporate events and conferences, through to family-related celebrations, or staff meal services.
Along the journey, Angie has also worked with a number of facility management corporations, as well as hospitality entrepreneurs in the start-up phase of their latest properties. She holds a double degree in Hospitality & Nutrition.

STEPHEN MOORE - STATE MANAGER VICTORIA
After 15 years corporate experience, Stephen opened his own consulting practice in1995, where he has provided Human Resources services to organisations located in 11 countries around the globe for the past 30 years.
Along this journey, Stephen expanded his practice to incorporate small-business start-up services, while at the same time completing a number of major projects with Angie at Cruzing.
Stephen has recently accepted a new role where he will assume responsibility for growing and developing the Melbourne Office.
