Metropolitan Sydney
After a successful 20 year career as the Events Manager at Western University, Angie opened Cruzing's inuagural Sydney Office in Parramatta in 2014.
A decade later and Cruzing now employs 8 staff - members having established a diverse and flourishing client base, predominantly forcussed within the tertiary sector, state government agencies, local councils, and the professional services sector.
Metropolitan Melbourne
The Melbourne office was subsequently established in 2018, where it now employs 6 staff - members.
Since its inception, we have made-in-roads into the provision of in-house staff catering & special meal services, having successfully undertaken major projects with Victorian government agencies.
Goldfields Victoria
We have established a satellite relationship with an experienced and reputable Ballarat caterer, enabling us to offer an extensive range of corporate catering and events to the local community and surrounding goldfiels region of Victoria
Since her first executive appointment as the Food & Beverage Manager at a prestigious sporting and recreational club in the Philippines more than four decades ago, it has been Angie's passion to establish and run her own Catering & Events Management business.
Her dream came true in 2014 when Cruzing Hospitality Management first opened its doors in Sydney.
The past ten years have been a whirlwind of activity as new and existing organizations discover what Cruzing has to offer, whether this be related to corporate events and conferences, through to family related celebrations, or staff meal services.
Along the journey Angie has also worked with a number of facilities management corporations, as well as hospitality entrepreneurs in the start -up phase of their latest property.
