Now in its eleventh year, Cruzing continues its upward spiral, primarily attributable to the reputation the company has earned for its innovative menu design, provision of mouth-watering and nutritious meals, complimented by its team of experienced and dedicated staff.


Founder and Managing Director, Angie Cruz, holds a double degree in nutrition & dietetics as well as hospitality managment, plus a separate qualification in Venue Managment. With more than four decades hands-on catering & event management experience, Angie truly understands what it takes to plan and deliver an event that your audience will truly appreciate.

We offer a range of custom-designed menus to fit any occasion, from formal sit-down banquets & dinners through to tasty buffets, mouth-watering finger food & platters, plus a range of healthy lunch-packs. We use only the freshest, high-quality ingredients in all of the dishes we serve.

No event is so unique, or challenging for Cruzing to pass it by. If you require 500 fresh lunch packs served five days of the week at your annual convention we can do it. If you want a plated dinner service for 250 people attending a major product launch we can do it. Or if you desire an exquisite ten - course banquet for a major client or benefactor, we won't let you down.
